Recognized as a top destination for barn weddings in North Georgia, our property has evolved significantly since our beginning. Each year we make construction improvements and additions to give you the best for your wedding day. Our venue features include heat and AC within our barn / reception space, hand-built pews in the ceremony space, a cocktail hour deck with bar services, metal gazebo, a waterfall, bonfire pit, and more to create a welcoming atmosphere for you and your guests. Yet even considering the annual upgrades to our property, we remain well below the market in our All-Inclusive package pricing. Our packages are designed to provide everything you need for a wedding; however, they are customizable to fit many budgets. Book your tour today, so you can learn all the options we offer.

Our unique Vendor Meetings allow you and a few guests to join us quarterly throughout the year and meet the vendors who work within our All-Inclusive packages. Our meetings are private, invitation-only for brides who have booked our venue. The meetings can serve as tastings with caterers & bakers, while also allowing you to select your DJ, florist, coordinator, officiant, and other vendor options. You'll even be able to meet some additional vendors outside our packages like make-up artists and invitation designers.

Cold Creek Farm received "Best Barn Venue in Georgia" recognition for having a great rain plan in the case of foul weather! During the tour you will see photos of decor, cocktail hour, outdoor ceremonies, and indoor ceremonies to reassure you of the smooth transition if the weather is not ideal on your special day, and we will explain the package pricing and options for you.

If you are planning on having a bar at your reception:

• You will provide all the beer/wine/spirits/mixers/garnishes.
• No additional corking fees.
• Clear, disposable cups for beer, wine, and mixed drinks as well as ice are included.
• 1st bartender is included, each additional is $150 paid in cash and given to the coordinator the day of.
• $300 for Dawson County Police, paid in cash and given to coordinator the day of.
• All bar inventory, beer/wine/spirits, must be removed from our property at the end of your event.
• Liability Insurance Policy is included in all of our packages.
